• Our Management Approach is to focus on these Classes/Grades; Special Education, Ninth & Eleventh Grade. We would like to start with Ninth Grade, to give every Student a fresh start & a proper way of learning their Math Facts when dealing with Chemicals. Learning The Numerical Ladder will make any task, a simple one, especially in the working world where technology & numbers go hand-in-hand. Eleventh Grade should have a solid grasp of foundational math skills working through all forms of Advanced Math & High School Science. Character Math would be an assistance towards this factor. The other two Packages can go towards Special Education for those with mathematical needs, that Character Math also caters to.
• We select the teachers from the desired Classes/Grades to attend Character Math’s Professional Development Training. The training course will completely educate the teachers on how to execute the Character Math program within a 3-hour P.D.T. time period. The teachers can then report back to their location to begin teaching the Character Math program.
• The following Classes/Grades will benefit from the practices as the students continue to utilize the Numerical Ladder on their own.
Curriculum Strategy?
• Given 15 to 20 minutes out of each day; for 10 school days is the implementation process. Students will continue to use Character Math with applied math throughout the school year. Character Math methods will make sure that every student can progress in math without failing or being left behind due to the lack of understanding how numbers work. The main issues with students failing in math to date will be nonexistent as students build their relationship through pattern recognition while achieving their goals.
Project Summary:
Phase1) Learning Number Patterns And Familiarizing Pattern Structures.
Phase 2) Exercising Patterns with the Numerical Ladder through Advancing stages of the program that simplifies Numbers through memory assessment.

We Are In Fact, A Low Risk Investment:
- Any materials that may need to be replaced will be addressed throughout the process of delivery to assure quality standards.
- If for any reason the information is not understood when passed on to another teacher after the Professional Development Training, Character Math will set up a Zoom conference and/or send a courtesy Professional Development Training Coach to train said teacher. In, or out of class, with or without students present. If in person, we ask for you to cover the travel expenses.
- We will be on standby throughout the first and possibly second reporting period to capture the data on how the program is progressing and to heed any feedback.
